Little Scratchers have steps in place which is guaranteed to remove all those little critters from the head. We have realised professional treatment by a qualified lice technician is the best defence against these little critters. Come and see us – you will be so glad you did.
Our Process
The head is checked for the severity of lice. The head is then heated to a degree in which the lice and nits shut down for thirty minutes, Once this is complete -the removal process begins and can take up to 3 hours depending on the individual case. Should it take longer than this – the child will need to return the following day to complete the process.

Your To Do List
- All beds need to be stripped of linen and vacuumed
- All linen needs to be washed
- Towels need to be washed & tumble dried or left in the sun
- All stuffed toys need to be left in the sun
- All brushes / combs need to be placed in the freezer for 24 hours
- Scrunchies and fabric hair accessories need to be washed and left in the sun
